Interest Rates, Dealer Reserves, and Markups: FTC Roundtable Panel Replay
The following is a broadcast of the FTC’s roundtable panel on “Interest Rates, Dealer Reserves, and Markups”. The panel was held on April 12, 2011 in Detroit, MI and featured DealerTrack’s regulatory and compliance counsel, Randy Henrick.
Other panel members included Andy Koblenz, NADA’s VP of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel; Peter Sheptak, VP and General Counsel of World Omni Finance Co.; John Van Alst, an attorney with the National Consumer Law Center; and Delvin Davis, a research analyst for the Center for Responsible Lending.
The panel was moderated by Reilly Dolan, the FTC’s Assistant Director of the Division of Financial Practices.
