Drive to Success: Diversity is the Key to Driving Dealership Success

Reaching more customers, finding top talent, and building better culture all have a central, key ingredient: diversity. That’s because creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed in the auto retail industry benefits us all. But, doing so has to be an active, intentional effort. The auto industry still has a long way to go to eliminate sexism and create an equal playing field for all, but doing so could bring better team players, more sales, and a better work environment to your dealership.
