Technological advances are causing buyers to demand faster, low-pressure shopping experiences. During this workshop studies and statistics that divulge consumers’ expectations of the online and in-store shopping process will be revealed. After each revelation, a dealership case study with best practices and digital sales techniques will be discussed. Case studies will include statistical findings of how digital enhancements of the sales process impact CSI scores, sales and gross profit. Attendees will leave with examples of website retailing portals, tablet-based approaches to in-store menu selling and e-contracting; and ways to cater to the connected consumer and crush the competition.
